Hi, I’m Jan

Tech Lead and Engineering Manager from Germany with a strong backend focus on PHP/Symfony, Docker, delivery, and production systems.

Also part of the mix: architecture, mentoring, people leadership, observability, security, and AI-first engineering.

I build and run backend systems, integrations, and delivery workflows. These days I work AI-first with coding agents and LLM-assisted workflows as a normal part of engineering work.
